Exquisite Taqiza Branding Design Inspiration Created by Abraham Lule

Hey there guys! We knew that you wanted to read something different and that’s why we chose the topic of branding design for our today’s blog. We will be covering different topics on branding design and some tips to make it a successful one both for you as well as for your brand(s). And in addition to that, we will also share work of Abraham Lule who has created beautiful branding design for a seaside restaurant called Taqiza.

Let’s have a look at our artist Abraham Lule first before we talk about brand design itself. Abraham is a Brooklyn based graphic designer, branding designer, letterer as well as illustrator. We are in love with his creations and we would encourage you to check out his social media accounts so that you can know how creative Abraham is. We’ll get to his brand design work in the latter part of the blog.

We are creating art works and designs for quite some time now but we still get queries in which people ask solutions for a great branding design. There are thousands of brands in the world but there still isn’t enough knowledge on how to make a brand successful. No offense but many businesspersons and brand managers who are running successful brands around the globe don’t really share their success stories with aspiring business owners and those who do share their journeys, do not share the tips which can help you in getting there.

We do understand that different things work for different brands and many factors decide the fate of a brand for example; the economy happens to be the most crucial factor then people’s needs and requirements, product / service itself, advertising and marketing as well as the consistency to do better for the audience – which means a brand normally fails when the decision makers don’t put in a lot of efforts to stand apart from the crowd. They either put restrictions on themselves or are too scared to try new things or ignore their audience to an extent where people start preferring other brands.

Unfortunately some brands don’t even try to retain their customers. What happens in situations like that is people not only spread negativity about the brand or the company but they also ensure that no one in their personal circle give any financial benefits to the organizations. Ultimately, only those brands survive which have the passion to stay in the market as well as in the hearts & minds of their customers. Do you want to know how can that be done? It’s simple but you have to pay attention to every single things.

Let’s discuss how you can prosper as a brand manager, brand as well as an advertising / marketing agency of the brands you are associated with!

First things first, you need to know and understand your brand – no matter what your relation is with the organization. Then you need to work on building the brand identity (in simpler words, brand identity is defined as how your audience perceives you). The easiest way to create the identity for your brand is to treat the brand as an entity – say a person who has needs, who wants to be recognized, who wants to there a caregiving ‘friend’ for their customers, you know!

Also, read about your audience as much as you can. This can be done by doing market researches and by communicating directly and indirectly with them. Create data lists, keep updating them and go through them frequently to know if there were any major changes in the behavior or perception of your target audience. In this way you will also get to know their actual demands, whether it’s the right time to tap in the market or if there is a need to get into the market – you will know each and everything once you start considering your audience as an entity which can make or break your brand (we don’t mean that as a threat though!).

And as long as the brand design of Taqiza is concerned, Abraham says that he was approached by the owner & executive chef Pablo Galindo who wanted Abraham to design the brand by bringing life to the “Taq(u)iza” concept. Basically, Taquiza in Mexico means a causal party in which people make their own tacos and celebrate their love for food.

Another requirement of Pablo was to incorporate the exotic beauty of Tulum (a town in Mexico which is known for the beaches). Abraham enjoyed working on this project because he says that it is one of those design projects for which the client didn’t want the artist to use the colorful graphic language which can only depict its association with Mexico the city – as artists are more than vibrant colors and can create exquisite art designs which can complement the city as well as the culture.

We hope that this blog of ours will help you in viewing the branding done by Abraham for Taqiza. Let us know which design and branding item did you like the most in the comments section down below.
