Hi there guys! We are so excited about this blog that we want to start right away. Okay so, what happened was that we were on the internet randomly scrolling through news feed and other stuff when we came across these amazing logotypes and we had to share them with you – to inspire you and to help you create your own stuff too. But before we move on and discuss the main topic, we would like to talk about a logotype, why it is created and if it serves any purposes for the business etc. So, let’s get started!
In order to understand a logotype better, we must know the difference between a logo and a logotype. A logo usually consists of a logotype and logomark; logotype is basically the all the words and name of the business which is written in a fancy and customized way and only the relevant brand can own it while a logomark is a symbol or an identifying mark that absolutely cannot contain the business’s name but it has to represent the business in one or the other.

It is also important to note here that not all businesses need to have both the logotype and the logomark. It is important to have a logotype but you cannot just have the logomark and expect a symbol to work effectively for your business. But your typography (meaning: logotype) can not only help your brand name stand out from the crowd but it can also attract more audience as a result.
Different techniques are used by different creative people around the globe to create logotypes and honestly, we love how people put in their thoughts to make something that also ends up being an example and inspiration for so many people.

Creating logos and their supporting elements is not a day’s job because you literally have to come up with so many ideas that can be used for the brand and they still won’t get approved or shortlisted because normally the client wants to see more, something out of the box and something that is fancy but it doesn’t have to be too fancy. We are sure that you must have heard these statements as feedbacks from your clients rather than getting consolidated feedbacks from and you’d be like what’s the end to this conversation?!
We have also seen multiple graphic designers and their team leads feeling discouraged mainly because their clients don’t really know what they want, they want their creative agencies to provide solutions but they are not ready to take risks, they don’t want to try anything new because they don’t want to lose their audience and at the same time, they want to increase sales and make their brands super famous.

Whenever we get a chance to speak to any brand managers or custodians, we always try to convince them to accept challenges and stay ahead in the game or at least set a trend so that existing or new brands can follow you. Taking risks and accepting challenges can literally mean changing your years old logo too or tweaking it as per the modern techniques so that:
- The potential customers can notice that you exist
- They can relate to the brand
- They can believe in you as a brand that has the ability to fulfill their needs
- They can talk about your brand / product / services among their peers and help you spread a positive word of mouth as well
In order to attract new audience towards your brand, you need to do stuff that attracts them. For example; now is the perfect time to animate your logos (obviously on the platforms where you can do such thing) and anything else for that matter to make it even more interesting to look at. Create a story within a story so that your existing and potential customers see a point of staying connected with you and getting in touch / consider you for themselves.
Like we have said earlier before as well that there are multiple ways of creating logotypes for your businesses but the best thing you can do to yourself is to observe and check out the material that is already out there. Keep an eye on anything and everything that is put forward and see if you want to experiment with it.
