Hello there friends! We are thankful to each one of you for always taking out the time and sharing your valuable feedback with us and we are so glad to have your support. Keep that coming in as you make our day with your appreciation and helpful suggestions.
As you know that almost the entire world was hit by the outbreak of a deadly virus, the COVID-19, many countries are trying their best to not only flatten the curve but the governments and health care departments are also encouraging the citizens to keep following the SOPs – no matter what. Although, we are sure that everyone is still taking the time that they want to take to finally accept that the virus is here, and it is staying mainly because most of us are non serious towards it.
We also know that it took a toll on people’s mental health too and they felt sad, helpless and what not and when there are not enough answers, you try even harder to dig in so, that you can find the solutions. That leads to being unmotivated, unproductive and when it becomes a lot to handle, there are chances of getting depressed as well. And since most of us are going through a rough time, we really cannot expect anyone to check in on us which means that we have got to gather the courage to be there for ourselves on our own first.
Ever since the outbreak of the Coronavirus, things started to change overnight. From social media trends to shopping trends through physical stores to how people work from their homes, we saw that everything can be done – given that you have a stable internet connection, understanding colleagues & clients and of course, faith in yourself. Here, we would like to mention that we do care and appreciate all the essential workers out there who still have to go out and get things done in one way or the other like frontline heroes (also known as doctors, nurses etc.), janitors, delivery guys, bankers, cab drivers etc.
So, from making sure that we could get done and over with our projects, meetings and even with signing contracts, there are a large group of people who are trying their best to spread the message of positivity & hope. They are the artists, the graphic designers, the creative thinkers and the illustrators who, through their art, design projects and messages of hope are giving hope to the ones who need it the most. And it is up to you to embrace it as much as you can and pass it on to others so, that the chain does not break.
In our today’s blog, we are very excited to share how positivity can be spread through art & design and know that you are in for a treat so, keep reading the blog as we are about to mention our personal favorites from this amazing collection of creative art pieces.
We know that you must have happened to see people frowning or making weird faces when you tell them to sanitize their hands and keep their mouth covered with masks. Well, that is because most of the communities are still in denial and think that this virus is a hoax when it isn’t actually so, it is important for each one of us to follow us the preventive measures that we can in order to stay safe & healthy. And if you do not have the energy to tell your relatives and friends or even customers etc. repeatedly that it is okay to not hug or visit you more often or that they can totally stay indoors and shop online then we believe that you can totally use these images, use them as posters or images to be sent across WhatsApp so, that you do not “offend” anyone.
This collection of illustrations and drawings speak to a number of people in their own way and we think that, that is an effective approach because what is the point of creating anything if it cannot spread the right message, yeah? Starting off with the “Spread Positivity” illustration, we think that message is clear and to the point, spread the positive vibes, donate as much as you can, be there for friends (or take a break from all the social media apps for your own sanity) and make sure that you keep everything clean so, that you do not spread the virus.
It takes one false message to create panic and negativity, stop that! We really like this image that mentions that we need to stop the spread of false information. If you think you cannot take it anymore, deactivate your social media and live your life peacefully. “Soap = Hope” is our favorite one, you wash your hands – that is all what it takes to “kill” the virus right there. Just keep washing your hands responsibly.
And there are many more illustrations, drawings etc. that you are going to love once you check ‘em all out. So, give it a try and spread positivity through art & design among your circles. Also, take care of yourself and maintain social distancing as much as you can!
