We are back with a very interesting and super informative blog of ours and we know that you are going to love it because we will be talking about brand identity today, in addition to that, we will also share a really nice and creative brand identity design created by a Russian graphic designer & illustrator. Okay so, first things first; we feel that it is important to talk about brand identity and why it is important and if you have just joined us on our blog, then this will be quite helpful for you for your new design projects. Brand identity literally means the way you present your business, brand, its products and services to the audience. Brand identity is also called corporate identity and usually consists of the visualization of the business but in a broader spectrum, it can also cover product design, advertising of the business, as well as public relations (PR) of the brand with the audiences.

Now, let’s talk about the ways through which you can make your brand identity work. Know that all the things that we will share here can be applied to an existing brand identity or something that you are planning to execute and can use a few effective tips and tricks to carry out the process. To make sure that your brand identity represents what your business is about, the commitment, brand values, what good you are about to put on the table, it is extremely important to know the business or the product / service inside out and to also have faith in it.

We would like to add this here that we happen to know a bunch of brand managers and business owners who failed t their businesses because they did not trust the process, they were too scared to take the risks or to try out something that could do something in return, you know!? So, to start the process, you must need to strategize it first maybe sequence it if need be because all of that is only going to help you.

Your first step must be to create a brand strategy and it should include things like: the purpose of your brand, your vision and mission and of course the brand values. Then you need to work on the message of your brand for example; the tonality, brand voice and its personality, the tagline as well as the brand identity itself that includes; brand logo, colors and typography. All these things will be used as tools to help you build a nice message and deliver it to your target audiences.

This one is for the brand identities that already exist but you all must continue reading the blog because you never know you might get hold of a thing or two for your business projects too. So, the next step is to go deeper into your brand identity to evaluate and reevaluate what you have been doing in the past. Be your own critic and analyze the strategies that were made before so that you can know where you stand at this point. Getting to know how your brand is perceived both internally and externally will help you get to the core of your brand which will eventually help you shape the future of it.

Then comes the brand persona and it needs as much attention as anything else that can take your brand to a level where it deserves to be and while you are at it, you must also identify your business rivals and get to know how they do their thing so that you can be different from them to stand out.

Once you have read what we have shared above, you will also be able to understand and take inspirations from Igor Khrupin’s latest design project in which he created the brand identity for a brand known as Meatless. Anything and everything that has been created by Igor, you will notice the grill marks that are there in the packaging design as well as in the branding too. They are subtle and are making the designs powerful and attractive.

The selection of the colors is also very neat, and we absolutely loved the fact that the more you look at the designs, the more you find yourself interested in them. That is one of the main reasons how brands survive in the market because their brand identity is on point.
