DPL Brand Identity for Inspiration

Hi there, hello there! We are back with yet another super useful and interesting blog of ours and we are sure that you won’t only have a great time reading it but that you will also be able to work on a couple of excellent brand identity projects for yourself or for the businesses that you are associated with. We can’t wait to share everything that you guys need to know in order to make the most of the today’s blog but before we dive into it, we would like to thank you for the support and love that you shower us with and for also ensuring that your friends, family members and reading our blogs. And we would be so happy to see more of that happening in the future as well.

First things first; let’s get to know how a brand identity is created so that you guys can check out the brand identity that we are featuring in the blog today. Make sure that you read the blog till the end to know more and stay ahead in the game like a pro!

No matter what your business is all about or how big or small it is, you must work on defining the brand(s) that will be launched from your end. Here, the word brand stands for both the products and services so, make sure that whatever you are going to do, you know the values your business stands for and how you would like to present it in front of your target audience. And while you will be working on defining the brand’s values and commitments, etc., you would also like to determine the unique selling points (USPs) so that you can talk about them and also stand apart from the crowd.

Your next step would be to know and understand what your target audience needs. Know that there are multiple brands in the same category of business as yours which are doing a remarkable job so, you have to introduce something different than what’s already there in the market. Only then you will be able to catch people’s attention, you know? For starters, you can also conduct research to find out how your competitors are doing their thing and we are sure that the insights will help you work on some great ideas; ideas that will instantly catch your target audience’s attention and then you will be able to achieve your desired results.

Moving on, you would like to sit with your creative and design teams to discuss the brand elements. These discussions should cover topics like creating a subtle color palette, developing mood boards, choosing relevant fonts as well as working on the content itself such as the name and tagline (if you haven’t already worked on them). In addition to that, you would also like to create an online pool of visual elements where all the concerned team members can share their ideas through sketches, imagery and more. By doing so, you guys will be able to have access to multiple elements that can help you design the best brand identity later on.

Once you have worked on the visual design elements, you would like to work on developing the brand voice. Now, this can be a challenging task but no one said it was impossible, you know? So, all you will have to do is how you would like to come across as a brand in your communication. Also, keep in mind that this communication will be across all channels and platforms that you are going to be using to market and advertise your products or services. Allow us to share some ideas!

So, if you are a brand that sells kids’ toys, then you would like your brand voice to be playful but if you are a healthcare provider, then your tone would be serious but not depressing (because you don’t want your target audience to lose all hope when they see your TVC or things like that!). We must also mention here that after the great work that you will do, you should also monitor the progress of it and evolve accordingly; if need be.

That is all for today, friends! If you liked reading the blog, then don’t forget to let us know how you plan to utilize the shared information for your upcoming projects and while you are at it, feel free to share the blog with the people you love and care for so that they can also work on some exciting brand identity projects. Also, send in your special requests so that we can start working on them and be back here with your requested content and more super soon. Until next time, keep reading and sharing our blogs!
