New Nokia X Family Is Revealed | First Android Based Nokia Phones

There were many rumors in the air about Nokia’s outbreak of a smart collection with android construction. Nokia lately announced a new range of Nokia phones with Android support, extreme efficacy, cool outlook and impressive features reportedly.

The three phones of the new Nokia family entails Nokia X, X+ and XL.  Stephen Elop made the announcement on February 24th about the arrival of Nokia’s family.  “The Nokia X is built on Android open source software. We have differentiated and added our own experience,” he said.

It runs Android but highly modified version. Nokia has already invested on its Lumia and Asha range. Now we have to look through what Nokia X family is unveiling.

Nokia X Series Specifications:

All the three phones of Nokia family are dual SIM phones and are motorized by a Qualcomm Snapdragon dual-core processor.

Nokia X has 512 MB ram, Nokia X+ and Nokia XL have 768 MB ram.

Storage:

Nokia X offers Up to 32GB MicroSD, Nokia X+ offers Up to 32GB MicroSD; 4GB card included, same is found in XL Up to 32GB MicroSD; 4GB card included.

Rear camera:

3-megapixel fixed focus in Nokia X, 3-megapixel fixed focus in Nokia X+ and 5-megapixel with autofocus and flash in XL

Front camera:

Nokia X and X+ don’t have a front camera whereas Nokia XL offers 2-MP front camera.

Processor:

Nokia X has 8225 Qualcomm Snapdragon, Nokia X+ has 8225 Qualcomm, whereas Nokia XL has 8225 Qualcomm Snapdragon.

In Nokia X there is ESGM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900, WCDMA 900 / 2100, In Nokia X+ there is ESGM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900, WCDMA 900 / 2100. In Nokia XL there is ESGM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900, WCDMA 900 / 2100.

Nokia X offers 115.5 x 63 x 10.4mm, Nokia X+ offers 115.5 x 63 x 10.4mm whereas Nokia XL offers 141.3 x 77.7 x 10.8mm.

Nokia X is 128.66g, Nokia X+ has 128.66g and Nokia Xl has 190g weight.

Standby time:

2G = Up to 28.5 days, 3G = Up to 22 days in Nokia X smartphone, 2G = Up to 28.5 days, 3G = Up to 22 days in X+,2G = Up to 41 days, 3G = Up to 26 days in XL

Talk time:

2G = Up to 13.3 hours, 3G = Up to 10.5 hours in Nokia X, 2G = Up to 13.3 hours, 3G = Up to 10.5 hours in Nokia X+, 2G = Up to 16 hours, 3G = Up to 13 hours in Nokia XL.

The X will be available in green, black, white, yellow, cyan and red color options at a price of €89 ($122 USD). The Nokia X+ will be offered in the same color options starting with Q2 for €99 ($136 USD). The Nokia XL will hit in Q2 with green, black, white, yellow, cyan and bright orange duds at a price of €109 ($149 USD).

Nokia X, Nokia X+ and Nokia XL are Nokia’s inexpensive smartphones. There’s easy access to Outlook.com as your email service. These smartphones offer Skype with a month’s free calls to international landlines in selected markets. Few Apps come pre-installed, including BBM, Viber, Vine and Twitter, Facebook, LINE Free Voice and Messages, LINE Camera, LINE Bubble, Picsart, Plants vs Zombies 2, Real Football 2014, Spotify, Swiftkey, WeChat, etc.

It’s amazing to turn towards Nokia family, I hope it will be a great fun using for the first time the Nokia family Android based smartphones.
