To put in simpler words, typography is the art of arranging type, type meaning letters and characters. It is the technique that is used by typography artists who make the written language readable as well as presentable and appealing when it is displayed on the dedicated mediums like coffee mugs, note books & journals, banners, billboards and other signage, book covers, greeting cards and almost everything else for that matter.

If you go deeper into the technique, you will notice that arranging the type letters and characters is one thing but there is more to it for example; the selection of typefaces, point sizes, line spacing and line lengths. Then comes the spacing of the letters as well as the spacing between pair of letters etc. No one says that it comes easier but it is not impossible to learn this technique (or anything other technique). All you have to do is to try and try a little harder so, that one day you can create your own typography designs that will speak for you and your work.
