Hello there friends! We hope that you had a great time reading our previous blogs and that our free design templates and mock-up PSD files are helping you achieve your business goals as well. Over the weekend, we were going through our comments section and to say that we felt overwhelmed to read your positive feedback and words of encouragement would be an understatement. We feel so happy to have your support so, keep your comments coming our way and keep sharing our blogs with your loved ones.

Now, let us talk about our today’s blog! We have been seeing a number of lettering projects lately and upon reading up on them a little, we found out that more and more businesses have finally started to try out new creative routes for the branding of their products, services etc. and it is a great thing too because we do have to move in the forward direction, trying out nee things, accepting challenges and taking risks to see what our businesses are capable of. Of course, we need to make sure that we keep the audiences our first priority and share content, produce articles and everything else that is beneficial for the business as well as for the target audience.

We are sure that most of you guys know about the art of lettering but the ones who are new here and would want to understand the art better in order to pursue it, keep reading the blog as we are going to be sharing everything that you must know about lettering and things that you can do if you know how to create lettering art.

Okay so; in simpler words lettering in an art of drawing letters and once done, each word, phrase or quote acts as an illustration. With the development various things like technology, software etc. and how we create art and content digitally, creating lettering has become a rather easier job than it used to be when artists would use paper and ink back in the day. Although, both mediums have their own perfect results to provide to the artist there are a few things that we would love to share with you guys in order to motivate you.

We can completely understand that when something does not bring us the results that we are hoping to end up with, we feel demotivated to say the least. And we prefer to either discontinue practicing things or we give up just like that. Pausing does make sense and if you need a breather, you should get one but we are just going to say it that do not give up, stay there and keep trying so that you can also end up with things that you will be proud of one day.

Also, it is important to know that by giving yourself some time so that you can become good at something (absolutely) does not mean that you have to force it on yourself. Yes, be patient with the results and everything else but allow yourself to fail too and that is when you will be able to learn more and create better. Video tutorials that are available on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and on the websites of the artists can also help you because there are a number of artists around the globe that spare out the time to sit down and create content right from the beginning till the end while also recording it.

Another thing that you must keep in mind is that unless you are a pro at doing something, you need to follow baby steps. Honestly, it is true that slow and steady wins the race, so you have to trust yourself and the process too in order to keep moving forward. As far as the process of learning and then creating lettering art is concerned, we would love to share it with you guys that Toma Streltsova has worked on a number of lettering projects for commercial purposes and man, are they beautiful and attractive!?

A little something Toma before we share the work with you guys; the artist lives in Russia (Bryansk) and works as a calligraphy and lettering artist. From creating lettering art for wedding photographers to music bands to book covers to aprons to stickers and wedding monograms to lettering pack for postcards to even tattoos – this artist has made sure that whatever is being created stands out and speaks for itself too.

We are thoroughly impressed with all the techniques that have been used to produce the intriguing lettering art and we are going to encourage each one of you to go through all his projects too so that you cannot only appreciate the perfection Toma has put into the work but it will also inspire you to create magical art as well.
